Build a solution for the General Leaders Meeting that guides all the GLM participants for 3 days of the GLM.

An app that offered the GLM all the necessary information about the event and related.
THE RESULTS
A user-friendly app that guided the participants of the event at any time of the day. From calendars, directions, menus for restaurants to a live voting module functionality during presentations, workshop guidance, live questions to the MT, etc. All data that came from the different app was collected by the IT department in the Netherlands who created reports for analyses. After the event the app was still available to show reports & results, MT FAQs, photography and more relevant info that was relevant after the event.
