Housing association apartment building monitoring app

Find a way for a housing association for monitoring the different apartment buildings in an efficient and productive way.

One of the largest housing associations in the North of The Netherlands.

The process for monitoring all apartment buildings was not automated, not efficient, caused a lot of duplicate work and did never resulted in a good overview. There is a team of 10 people in total who act as supervisors, each had their own apartment buildings which they visited once every two weeks to see if maintenance was needed or if there were any other issues that needed attention. Everything was done manually and back at the office things were worked out in documents and excel sheets, all separately from each other. We were asked how we could automate this and make it more streamlined.

An app where all supervisors can easily enter data while walking through an apartment building.

A great time saving and a good overview of the issues that arise in the various apartment buildings. No more manual work but on location they can open an app on their tablet or phone and easily add data while moving through a complex and giving in data in an easy way for each house number they pass on their walk through the complex. When they are back in the office, they can generate reports and easily see the apartments that need maintenance and what kind of maintenance they need. For 2021 there is a new version with new functionality is planned.
