THE CHALLENGE

Design a system to give 200 loyalty card holders a better insight of the nutritional values of their groceries.

THE SOLUTION

We designed an online system that linked the loyalty card to the product database. With this link and the insights of their shopping behavior a weekly report is generated for each participant showing a visual overview of the nutritional values they buy weekly at the supermarket and also a top 20 per nutritional value.

THE RESULTS

A clear and insightful personal weekly report showing a complete overview of all the nutritional values of their groceries. After the pilot, this system was further developed and is now part of the customer portal and available for all customers.
