THE CHALLENGE
How can we make the caterings business more aware of CSR and how can we deploy this nationwide.
THE SOLUTION
We created an online system called ‘the CSR catering scan’. An extensive scanning tool leading any catering company through relevant questions to make their business more CSR aware.
THE RESULTS
A very complete scanning tool for the catering branch that contains a collection of questions in 10 different categories. A catering company can register and fill in the questions after which they get a 1 to 5-star rating on how CSR compliant they are. After filling in the questions they get an extensive report with advice on how they can be more CRS compliant and a list of things they can do to reach a 5-star rating. They can choose to do this in different phases. The system is updated constantly which means that over time questions and advice change depending on new innovations etc. Once someone has registered the get an invitation every 6 months to fill in questionnaire again to see if their situation has changed.
